For your journey to The CCD, the 747 Airlink airport shuttle bus stops directly outside the building, while taxi and car hire services are also easily available.
Frequent ferry services to the UK and mainland Europe for both passengers and freight are within easy reach of The Convention Centre Dublin. Dublin Port is just minutes away, while Rosslare Harbour, with regular ferry services to Wales, France and Spain, is located just 2 hour’s drive from The CCD.
By Rail, Tram (Luas) and DART
The CCD is less than 10 minutes on the Luas Red Line (Dublin’s light tram network) from Dublin’s two main railway stations, Connolly and Heuston. Operated by Irish Rail, these stations serve all the major towns and cities in Ireland. http://www.irishrail.ie/

The DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) rail network runs along the coast of Dublin, from Malahide and Howth, to Bray and Graystones, providing transport from the city centre to suburban areas. Busáras is the central bus station in Dublin for intercity and regional bus services operated by Bus Éireann. Busáras is just 5 minutes from The CCD on the Luas Red Line and is located beside Connolly railway station.
dublinbikes are the perfect way to get around the city whilst minimising your effect on the local environment. There are over 100 dublinbike stations distributed throughout the city centre and four stations located in the Docklands area, within close proximity to The CCD.
By Car or Taxi
The CCD is just minutes away from Ireland’s M50 motorway network and Dublin’s Port Tunnel. It is also next to the Samuel Beckett Bridge which spans the River Liffey, aiding access between the North and South of the city.
The CCD has its own underground car park, with over 2,000 spaces located in car parks nearby, as well as considerable on street ‘pay and display’ parking on North Wall Quay and adjoining roads.
There are thousands of taxis available in Dublin city, making it easy to travel around the city day or night. At The CCD we offer a direct dial taxi phone for visitors to use at our reception desk on the ground floor. Taxi fares in Dublin are regulated and tips are at your own discretion.
